Synopsis: Notwithstanding a tropical wave will move through the area, low moisture levels coupled with increasing amounts of Saharan dust, will inhibit significant shower activity. Starting Friday, elevated seas will require a small craft advisory for some islands and will be in effect through to the end of the forecast period.
