Wx: Unsettled weather conditions associated with Tropical Storm Melissa will spread across Puerto-Rico and The Virgin Islands over the next 24 hours. Elsewhere, the Atlantic high pressure system will be the main feature affecting conditions across the islands. From the Leeward Islands southward to Trinidad and Tobago shallow pockets of low level moisture will continue to move across the islands, coupled with instability within the wind flow will result in partly sunny to partly cloudy skies with at most a moderate chance of brief passing showers.

Winds: East-southeast at 17 to 31 km/h or 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 41km/h or 25 mph.

Seas: 1 to 2.1 metres or 3 to 7 feet.
