The Eastern Caribbean Forecast valid up to 8am Saturday 12th September 2026.

Wx: A broad ridge will cause relatively stable conditions to prevail over the islands of the Eastern Caribbean today and tonight. As a result, and apart from the dust haze, no significant weather is expected over the islands from the Virgin Islands, eastwards to the Leewards and southwards to southern Windwards. Meanwhile, lingering instability and the chance of showers over Trinidad and Tobago and Barbados to a lesser extent will gradually diminish today as the more stable conditions prevail; however, by early tomorrow, an increase in moisture is expected to heighten the chance of showers and thunderstorms over those Trinidad and Tobago once more

Winds: Generally easterly at 16 to 32 km/h or 10 to 20mph with possible gusts to 48 km/h or 30 mph.

Seas: 1.2 to 1.8 meters or 4 to 6 feet around the Leewards and islands further west but increasing to 2.4 m or 8 feet in the Atlantic waters northeast of Trinidad and Tobago.
