Weather: Across the eastern Caribbean from the BVI southwards to T&T, as pockets of low level moisture continues to traverse the area on a moderate to fresh wind flow, we can expect fair to partly cloudy skies, with brief cloudy spells and a heightened chance of brief passing showers over and around these islands periodically during the next 24 hours. Winds: East at 22 to 33 km/h or 14 to 21 mph, gusting as high as 48 km/h or 30 mph mainly over open waters and in elevated areas. Seas: 1.8 to 2.8 metres or 6 to 9 feet, with swells reaching 2.1 metres or 7 feet.
