Elsewhere across the eastern Caribbean, skies will be fair to partly cloudy with a moderate chance of a brief passing shower. Winds: Southeast at 11 to 30 km/h or 7 to 18 mph, with lighter spells at times. Seas: 1 to 1.8 metres or 3 to 6 feet.
